Losing Sight of the Human Cost: Casualty Recording and Remote Control Warfare, a new Every Casualty programme report commissioned by the Remote Control project, examines the additional challenges posed to transparent casualty recording by new ways of war such as the use of drones, special operations forces, autonomous weapons and private military and security companies.
