The EPHRC (Elman Peace and Human Rights Centre) strives to gather, among its other projects, accurate information regarding deceased civilians in Mogadishu and the South and Central regions of Somalia. It collects most of its data through witness statements, family verification and medical facility reports, cross-referencing where possible.
